Элегест IV Ир холь (e-70)
Location
Found in a barrow near the district Eer-Hol on the right coast of the river Elegest not far from mouth of the river Mejegey.
Researchers of the Epigraphic expedition of OS IA USSR (Oriental Studies Institute of Academy of Sciences of Soviet Union) and TISRLLH (Tyva Institute of Science and Research of Language, Literature and History) moved the stela to the Tyva museum in 1977.
Specification
The stele is made of gray sandstone. Almost quadrangular in section. Faces are processed. Sides are slightly smoothed. There are cracks and chips on faces.
The epitaph text consists of 5 vertical lines on opposite faces. There is a tamga (partly destroyed) below on one face.

Height – 233 cm, length – 40 cm, width – 33 cm without the dug part

Л.Р.Kyzlasov found in 1962518. Kyzlasov held excavations on the barrow, where the stele was erected.
