Location
Found in district Kyzyl-Chiraa on 50 km westwards Kyzyl city near the Bayan-Kol inflow of the river Ulug-Kem on distance of 350 m from Kyzyl-Chiraa I.
I.A.Batmanov investigated the stone and transferred to the Tyva museum in 1961.
Specification
2 inscriptions found not far from each other in district Kyzyl-Chiraa at Bayan-Kol inflow of the river Ulug-Kem (Е 43, Е 44).
Kyzyl-Chiraa II is made of reddish claret sandstone. The top part is sloped. There are 6 lines of text and a sign.

Height - 1,86 m, length - 0,31-0,41 m, width - 0,35 m.

Adriyanov found in 1916. Investigated by S.E.Malov, H.N.Orkhun, I.A.Batmanov, A.I.Kunaa, D.D.Vasilev and others.
