Jalbak-Tash XVII

Location

The inscription is among the inscriptions marked Jalbak-Tash from XVII to XXIX on the so called Jalbak-Tash, Plane III. There are 13 inscriptions all in all on the rock plain. The plain is 2.5 m high above the foot of the mountain. There had been flat a stone below the plane. Before the stone was blown up later, when the motor-way was widened and lost. The only mountaineers can reach the rock’s surface of the Plane III is like trapezium, with 155 cm in height, the bottom base is 115 cm, and the top is 68 cm.

Specification

The vertical line consists of 9 symbols. The symbols are very clear. Written from the bottom to the top. The first symbols are 3.2 cm -3.5 cm in height, the last 4 symbols are 5.1-3.7 cm.

Size

Length of the line is 117.1 cm, height of symbols is from 3.2 to 5.1 cm.

Researches

Kubarev found in 1987582. The text is studied by Kyzlasov578, but it was not read yet. Publications: Kyzlasov517, Kubarev581, Kocheev523.
