The inscription is among the inscriptions marked Jalbak-Tash from XVII up to XXIX on the so called Jalbak-Tash, Plain III.
Specification
The vertical line consists of 18 symbols. The symbols become smaller to the end, from 3.3-2.8 cm to 2-1.8 cm. The largest sign is 4 cm, the lowest is 1.2 cm.
Size
Length of the line 28 cm. Height of symbols is from 1.8 cm to 3.3 cm.

Kyzlasov’s translation: С тех пор, как вырезал хорошую тамгу, он стал искусен. – Since he cut down the fine tamga, he becomes skilful.
