Historical definition
The stele was made in period of ruling of Eletmish Bilge kagan in 747-759.

Location
The stele was found in Avdrantyn hendyi district on left coast of Tes river inagaan Uul sum of Khövsgöl aimag of Mongolia.
It is kept in the laboratory warehouse of Mongolian Archeology institute.
Specification
The stele is made from granite of dark-chestnut color.
There are 22 lines of inscription. The most part of the inscription is invisible now.

Length – 0.85 m, width – 0.35 m, and thickness – 0.22 m
Researches
The stele is found by S.G.Klyashtornyi, S.Karzhaubai, A.Ochir, the members of Soviet-Mongolian joint historical and cultural expedition in 1976219. S.Karzhaubay220, S.G.Klyashtornyi221 and M.Shinehuu222 published the first researches of the inscription. The Mongolian-Japanese joint expedition conducted detailed research of the stele in 1996-1997223. Kazakh scientists conducted researches in 2004.
