The monument found out on district Kojbalyk of village Oznachennoe near Sayangorsk on left inflow of Yenisei.
Martyanov has organized moving the monument to Minusinsk museum in 1880. Minusinsk museum, Inv # 30.
Specification
The stone belongs to an epoch of ancient Turks.
It is made from gray crimson sandstone. There are 7 lines of texts on both sides and on one face.

Height - 1,73 m, length - 0,49-0,50 m, width - 0,20 m.
Researches
Kastren found out in 1847. W.Radloff, N.H.Orhun, S.E.Malov, O.V.Subrakova, I.A.Batmanov 405, and other scientists investigated.
