Памятник Алтын-Коль, Е 28

Location

The monument was found in district named Altyn-Kol at the left coast of the river Abakan.

Martyanov organized moving the monument to Minusinsk museum in 1881. Minusinsk museum, Inv# 27.

Specification

There were erected two similar monuments against each other (Е 28 and Е 29).

Е 28 is made of reddish sandstone. The top part of it is curved. There are 9 lines of texts in four sides. There is no sign on the stone.

Size

Height - 1,38 m, length - 0,35-0,43 m, width - 0,19 m.

Found in 1878. Investigated by W.Radloff, H.N.Orhun, S.E.Malov, O.V.Subrakova, I.A.Batmanov, S.G.Kljashtornyj, R.F.Tarasenko, and others.
