Location

It was found near the river Chaa-khol the left inflow of the river Ulug-Kem in Republic of Tyva.

It is transferred to Minusinsk museum in 1892. Inv. #33.

Specification

Places where monuments Е 13 to Е 23 have been found out remained under water basins of «The Sayan-Shushensk Power Station».

It is made of darkish blue granite. There are 5 lines of text. There are lines similar to a head and trunk of a person.

Height - 1,41 m, length - 0,16-0,20 m, width - 0,16 m.
