Historical definition
The date is proven by coins found with many other artefacts. The word "kagan" and signs of the local rulers were on the coins.

Location
Found in a small ancient town called Kuva in Fergana district during archaeological works provided on a Buddhist temple and residential area in 1964.
Specification
The inscription was made with a thin stick before the hum had been baked.
There are 11 signs in a line. The line consists of two parts separated by a dot. Both parts are incomplete to read.
Researches
A.Bulatova 611 published in 1965. The text is studied by E.Tenishev and V.Bulatova in 1973.
