Location
Inscriptions found in south district of the village Bichiktoo-Bum in Onguday region. The fragments of the stone were taken to Gorno-Altaisk in 1970s.
Stored in The National Museum of Altai Republic named after Anochin. Inv #№ 10354/1 and 10354/2.

The text is on a thin slate plate. Index according to «Drevnetjurkskii slovar» 526 - A8. Marked as Bichiktoo-Bum II/1, Bichiktoo-Bum II/2 in scientific investigations.
Two rows of lines of text are vertical on Bichiktoo-Bum II/1. The first line consists of 6 symbols, the second line consists of 5 symbols. There is only one line on Bichiktoo-Bum II/2 consisting of 9 symbols in vertical.
Size
Bichiktoo-Bum II/1: the length of the top line – 7.4 cm, the bottom line’s lenght – 6 cm. Bichiktoo-Bum II/2: the length of the line 9 см; the height of the symbols – 2-2.5 cm.

Found in late 1950s. K.Seydakmatov investigated on found place in 1964 524. E.R.Tenishev, D.D.Vasilyiev, A.S.Surazakov, I.L.Kyzlasov525, V.A.Kocheev523 conducted investigations. K.Seydakmatov, E.R.Tenishev and I.L.Kyzlasov studied the text.
Translation of the top line by Kyzlasov: "(Мой бог) предстань перед грешным мужем. (Это я написал) – (My god) appear before sinful man. (I wrote this)".
Translation of the bottom line by Kyzlasov: "(И) твоему сыну человеческому (явись) – (And) to your human son (come down)".
