Jalbak-Tash II/XV
Location
It is carved on the surface of the rock Jalbak-Tash, Plain II which is on the south of Plain I. All in all three inscriptions Jalbak-Tash II,XV,XXX are preserved there.
The vertical lines are located at the left edge almost at the foot of the rock.
Specification
Two lines are carved vertically at the foot, left edge of the rock. The second line is 18 cm, XV line is 16.5 cm above the ground. The height of the first (XV) line is from 2.4 cm to 1.6 cm, consisting of 6 symbols, the second (II) line’s height is between 2.4 cm and 2.6 cm and 0.9-1.3 cm which consists of 14 symbols.

Length of line XV is 9.7 cm, length of line II is 21.4 cm.
Researches
Nadeliyaev examined the second (II) line516. Kyzlasov considers the inscriptions carved by one hand two lines517. Publications Kyzlasov578 579, Kubarev581, Kocheev523. Nadeliyaev’s translation: Я написал: пять родственников (~ пять элей). Ал Егин (имя собственное, букв. «Рыжий племянник»). – I wrote: five relatives (~five el). Al Egin (proper name, lit.: 'red-haired nephew').
Kyzlasov’s translation: (XV) (Поскольку) я не должен произносить имя (Божие), (II) я написал (это) пятью (пальцами), (для того ~ для письма) предназначенными. – (XV) (So far as) I mustn’t pronounce the name (of God), (II) I wrote (this) with five (fingers) (for that ~ to write).
