Quantity of lines: 12 lines and the heading on the front side; 9 lines and the heading on the back side.
Characteristics: on edges of the text there is a grey vertical line; colon marks are circled in red; lines 3-5 in front and a line 4 on the back side are red; the heading on the back side is blue; the symbols in lines 4-5 are smaller; between lines 3 and 4 there is empty place.

Distance between lines: between heading and the first line: 1.3 cm; between lines 3-5 in front: 0.5 cm; in the others: 0.8 cm.
12.0 cm (height) x 7.5 cm (width).

L.Clark 422 claims that it could be a fragment of “Bilingual hymn (Persian and Turkic)”. W.Radloff 530 believed that it had been a prayer book fragment. Also А.Lе Coq 425 conducted researches.
