Location
Found in the course of the archeological excavations during the Second German Turfan expedition (Zweite Preußische Turfanexpedition 410) in East Turkestan.
It is stored in the Brandenburg Academy of Sciences in Berlin (Berlin-Brandenburgischen Akademie der Wissenschaften).
Specification
5 small fragments are glazed together. These fragments are considered to be the middle part of the U 175 (Wilkens, №588) manuscript.
Manuscript: Old Turkic, black and red colors.
Paper: one part is thin the other is thick, color from light yellow to purple, in the middle of fragment “a” and in the right part of fragment “b” aqueous stains.
Quantity of lines: a: 2 lines in each in A and B; b: 7 lines in A and 5 lines in B; c: 2 lines in each in A and B; d: 4 lines in each in A and B; e: 3 lines in each in A and B.
Designations: B: b: between 4-5 lines: T II K is marked (pencil); d: between 3-4 lines: T II D 52 is marked (pencil); A: on the right bottom corner there is a sticker Mainz 174; and T II D.52-K.
Characteristics: colon marks are circled in red; lines 1, 2, 4-6 in A and lines 1-3 in B of part B are red.

Distance between lines: a (in the middle): 0.8 cm; b (at the left): 0.6 cm (in A between lines 1-3: 0.5 cm; in B between lines 4 and 5: 0.9 cm); d (on the right): 1.1 cm; c (top) and е (bottom): are not defined.
a: 2.4 cm (height) x 2.7 cm (width); b: 3.5 cm (height) x 1.5 cm (width); c: 1.2 cm (height) x 1.6 cm (width); d: 3.8 cm (height) x 1.6 cm (width); е: 1.0 cm (height) x 1.9 cm (width).
