Ethno-Cultural Dictionary
The Ethno-Cultural Dictionary consists of old Turkic words and their explanation in ethno-cultural aspect. There are transcriptions, Kazakh equivalent and descriptions for each old Turkic word in dictionary. The list of database items, the old Turkic text lines (where the word is found) and its translations follow after each description.
The Ethno-Cultural Dictionary reflects following ethnographic resources:
- Titles and names of old Turk period;
- Funeral complexes (steles, stone statues and others);
- Old Turkic towns;
- Old Turkic inscriptions, pictures, tamgas on rocks;
- Other materials of old Turk period.
