Location
The first stone found in the hole Aldyy-Bel near the valley of Kuli-Kem in 8 km from its merge with Ulug-Kem (the second stone is е-72).
Made of four-sided greenish slate. Considerably destroyed by wind. The surface of the stone is not polished.
Specification
There are inscriptions on four sides of the stele: 1 line in each, totally 4 lines consists of 50 signs. It is possible to read through only I, IV lines now. II, III lines are erased. Those lines are considered in earlier sources.

Researches
Aspelin found in 1888 following the message of Safiyanov. Klements 449 investigated in 1981 and made a copy. Researchers of Sayan-Tuva expedition (СТЭАН: Batmanov) investigated in 1965.
