Location
The inscription is carved on a rock. The rock is located in district “Zuryin ovoo” (the Zur hill) of Bayantes sum of Zavkhan aimag of Mongolia. Specification
There is an inscription and 4 signs on the rock. Size
Length of the inscription – 3.25 m. Height of symbols – 18-20 cm. Researches
The inscription found by well-known scientist B.J.Vladimirtsov415 in 1915. He made photos and handwritten copies of the inscription. Then he translated it to Russian, but did not publish. The group of the Soviet-Mongolian expedition and Language and literature institute of Mongolian Academy of Sciences conducted more detailed researches in 1969-1975. Mongolian scientist M.Shinehuu 416 translated to Mongolian. Also S.G.Klyashtornyi 417 conducted researches.
