Made of reddish sandstone. There are clear 3 lines and grated 3 lines apparently cut earlier and a sign.
Height - 1,13 m, length - 0,14 m, width - 0,25 m.
The expedition supervised by D.A.Grach found in 1965. The text was studied by I.A.Batmanov, A.C.Kunaa 294, I.V.Kormushin 295. Paleographic researches made by D.D.Vasilev 296.
One inscription is imposed over other inscription on one part of the stone. The first is very clear and the second is very graded. I.V.Kormushin expressed his opinion on this. Taking into account that this stone had been used twice (palimpsest), he designated it as Е 65/pl. Our researches show that there is only one line on the side, which was put earlier: «elim quyda qunčyuïm adïrïldïm».
