Е 102, Удила из кургана «Аржан II»

Location

The ruin of round stone construction has been dug out beside a Scythian barrow in settlement Arzhan on coast of the river Uyk. There have been found a horn bit (е-102) and a metal plate (е-103) with Turkic inscriptions.

According to Vasiliev515 subjects are in the State Hermitage for time storage among findings of Krasnoyarsk expedition. But they were not there in 2009. The Hermitage worker Marsodonov states that they are exposed in "The 60 Heroes Museum" in Kyzyl city of Tuva.

Specification

The bit made of bone, rounded in basis. The inscription in 1 line consists of 5 signs.

Length - 12 cm

Researches

Komarova found in 1971. D.Vasiliev investigated.
